All services are provided on a project basis. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you have concerns about the scope or deliverables, please reach out — disputes are handled directly and resolved in good faith.
Project scope is agreed upon before work begins. Significant changes to scope may require a revised estimate. Retainer arrangements are available for ongoing engagements.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Invoices are issued per project milestone or agreement. Accepted methods include all major credit and debit cards.
All inquiries are handled via email. Expect a response within one to two business days. For active projects, communication timelines are agreed upon at the start of each engagement.
